With over 14 years of experience, Ali has guided hundreds of clients through evidence-based, scientific approaches to health and fitness. Her philosophy: "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body"—true wellness extends beyond nutrition to how the mind and body interact with movement and daily habits.

Ali's personal journey includes navigating weight challenges, metabolic conditions, pregnancy, and competition prep while breastfeeding. She believes knowledge is the most powerful tool for transformation and is passionate about empowering clients to achieve sustainable, long-term success.
